Hi, I’m Cameron from Central Steel Build and we’re going to go over how much a domestic shed costs to build.
The average cost of one of our domestic sheds is $22,000 dollars.
This price, you’re looking at a relatively large shed with some customisation.
This example (Tom Wright) is 10 metres by 11 metres. It has room for two vehicles and extra storage.
The least expensive sheds we build are carport covers. They have an average cost of $10,000 but are often as low as $5,000.
We also build larger custom sheds that cost between $45,000 and $75,000. These kinds of buildings are usually used as workshops, stables, or large-scale storage sheds and are much larger than your average backyard garage.
They can be up to 30 metres in length.
